Lip readjustment - how can I fix this small scar and excess skin? (Photos)

Ok so I'm 38 now when I was 17 I was i was punched really hard that my lip was literally split on the right side, so bad I was able to see my teeth through it . I went to hospital and the put it back together but I wasnt ever myself again do to a small scar and excess skin in the inner area . I was wondering if possible to readjust it because when I i smile that excess skin makes my smile look sideways.
